Back in July, Nokia announced Lumia 625, which is the largest Windows Phone 8 device that is currently available in the market (disregard Nokia Lumia 1520 as it’s not official yet). If you’re based in Canada, you’d be happy to know that it’s heading to TELUS this month with a $300 price tag.
According to MobileSyrup, TELUS will start offering Lumia 625 starting October 3rd with $300 outright. If you are looking for a contractual relationship, you can get the device for free with a two-year contract with TELUS. However, the handset will only be available in black color.
The handset comes with mid-range specifications and boasts a massive 4.7-inch WVGA display with a resolution of 800 x 480. Nokia Lumia 625 is powered by a dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor with a clock speed of 1.2GHz, 512MB RAM, 8GB internal storage with a microSD card slot, 5MP back snapper, 2,000 mAh battery and runs Windows Phone 8 out of the box.
Nokia is also expected to unveil Lumia 1520 phablet alongside Lumia 2520 tablet and four other devices on October 22nd at a press event in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
