Rockstar have answered players concerns about the issues of lost progress status and are now working hard to correct the issue and bring back any lost items or progress and hope to have everything return to players very soon.
Since the launch of the new GTA Online gamer which saw the servers suffer under the strain of the new players that want to give the new game a blast, Rockstar has been busy correcting instability issues and issues that have caused players to lose lost characters, items, apartments, cars and in-game money.
Rockstar explained in their statement that they have no forgotten about the missing loot and items and that :
“We are continuing to investigate the causes of the lost progress and what can be done to minimize the impact until a permanent fix is in place,”-”Also, we have not forgotten about the requests for restoration. We are in the process of determining the options for addressing the issues for those players who have been affected.”
