BlackBerry had to delay the launch of their BBM for Android and Apple’s OS, as the app was originally leaked before release, and over 1 million people were using the unofficial app.
This created problems for BlackBerry and cause them to delay the release of BBM for Android and iOS, and they said that they were working on fixing the issues created by the leaked app.
We had expected BlackBerry to possibly release BlackBerry Messenger for Android and iOS this week, although it looks like the app will not be available this week.
According to a recent report, BlackBerry is rolling out a Beta version of the new BBM for Android and iOS, which means that if everything goes well with the testing we should be seeing the app shortly.
We suspect that the updated BBM for Android and iOS will be released some time over the next two weeks, it could possibly be released next week, or we may have to wait until the following week.
As soon as we get some official word from BlackBerry on exactly when they will be releasing the final version of BBM for Android and iOS we will let you guys know.
